Mes contra la violencia de género

Hola a todos. Me llamo Pilar y soy profesora de filosofía en vuestro centro. Aunque aún no os doy clase, os quiero informar de que se dedica este mes de noviembre a la lucha contra la violencia de género. El problema de la violencia es tan importante en nuestro mundo, que las Naciones Unidas, desde el año 1979 tiene como uno de sus objetivos el acabar con ella. Aquí os pongo en inglés, para que lo trabajeis con Jesús, el artículo primero de la «Declaración para la eliminación de la violencia contra la mujer» :
Article 1: For the purposes of this Declaration, the term "violence against women" means any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or in private life.

En el Instituto se van a realizar algunas actividades para que reflexionemos sobre este problema. Vosotros podeis colaborar haciendo carteles, murales, dibujos, etc. o escribiendo vuestras opiniones en los murales que se van a poner en los pasillos.
